Ashtanga Variation
This class is a modification of the primary series, including sun salutations, standing, seated & finishing postures. Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, it is a vigorous practice that builds strength and stamina.

Community Class
A donation-based class offered as a contribution to the community by the studio and its teachers. Each class is an opportunity, reflects a unique teaching style and is intended to inspire students through new perspectives. 100% of the donations are distributed to charitable causes. Class is held the first Sunday of each month with the exception of holidays, when the class is offered the following week.

Dance Lab (3rd Sunday of each month)
Dance Labs are exploratory trance and movement jams that draw from the traditions of dance and yoga. Each DJ'd lab is part party, part investigation and full of celebration! They take you on a journey from structure to freedom, from the consciously known to the sub-conscious depths, and from solo practice to group movement and back again.

Expanded Vinyasa (Flow)
A 90 minute vinyasa flow that allows an enhanced practice, including inversions, revolved and bound postures.  

Family Music
                         
An exciting musical experience for you & your child. Have fun while learning musical activities that stimulate cognitive, social, & physical development.

Family Yoga

Designed for the whole family to enjoy a fun and lively yoga experience.  For any and all members of your family, any level of yoga experience and all ages welcome!

Fundamentals

The essential, sequential beginner’s yoga class.  Sign up for the session to build a solid foundation of knowledge, experience and versatility in all aspects of Yoga.

Kundalini Meditation

As human beings we hold anger, fear, insecurity, & neuroses as patterns in the body & mind.  These patterns can become ingrained in our muscles & nervous system.  Kundalini yoga meditations challenge & release these blocks by using powerful breathing techniques & mantras.  The season will focus on developing balance, grace, contentment and divinity to all aspects of your life.

Kundalini Yoga

A healing technology using rhythmic and dynamic movements.  The sequence of postures along with breath work, meditation & mantra tap into the Kundalini energy stored at the base of the spine.  You will see & feel the results quickly: feeling energized, relaxed & uplifted after each class.

Lunch-time Yoga

A 1-hour yogic workout designed to release tension, sharpen your mind & lift your spirits to set you right for your day.

Mommy + Me

For moms (@ least 6 weeks after delivery) & little babies (not yet crawling): a wonderful yoga experience to share with your newborn.

Mom + Tot

For moms and their young ones from crawling to 21 months. A fun and playful way to enjoy the yoga experience with your child.

Morning Sadhana

Sadhana means a daily spiritual practice – when we consciously choose to rise up, to exercise the body, to meditate & clear the subconscious mind.  If you dedicate one-tenth of each day to your higher consciousness, your whole day is covered by the returning energy.

An excellent combination class where you get a little of everything; spontaneously designed to cater to the needs of the people in class.

Open Sivananda

The essence of the teachings of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta (the philosophy which leads to the end of knowledge) is constituted by 5 principles:  proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and meditation.  A classical yoga practice; relatively vigorous.

Prenatal Yoga

Learn to connect with & understand the changes during your pregnancy to stay fit, limber, healthy and happy. 30 minutes after class is for you & other mamas to relax, chat, and enjoy tea and cookies.  For women at all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience.

Refine & Align

A class that brings incredible refinement and precision to the physical and mental elements of your practice.  A meticulous experience for all to indulge.

Stretch & Conditioning

A slow and rejuvenating practice dedicated to deeply opening and strengthening the body.

Svaroopa Yoga
This style focuses on releasing and unraveling tensions deep in the spine that inhibit your body's natural functioning and inherent healing capacity. A significantly different way of doing familiar poses and working with your body that can completely transform your practice.

Vinyasa (Flow)

Combining breath with movement through a steady and vigorous sequence of asanas (poses).  Yoga experience is encouraged & helpful.  

Yoga Fusion

Fusion: a merging of diverse elements into a unified whole.
An Interdisciplinary style of Yoga – joining mind, body, breath & soul for a fun, rich and dynamic yogic experience.

Private Lessons
Customized practice for client's specific needs. An excellent way to heal injury, address health & wellness elements and tailor/deepen your practice. Request the teacher you prefer and pick the time that' best for you.

YogaKids (not presently offered)
A unique approach to integrative learning using yoga as a pathway. Reading, storytelling, music, creative arts and earthcare blend seamlessly with yoga movement to educate the "whole" child. The YogaKids curriculum provides children with an exciting new way to explore and appreciate their
academic and creative potential.

Yoga for Teens (not presently offered)
For teens 13-17 years of age – Bring an open mind and a sense of humor for an invigorating and empowering class.

Sunrise Yoga
A great way to start your day - This class will invigorate your prana (life-giving energy), increase your vitality, increase your mental clarity and refine your sense of being. A mentally, physically and spiritually awakening experience!

Anusara Yoga (not presently offered)
Founded in 1997 by John Friend, Anusara Yoga is a Hatha Yoga system that unites Universal Principles of Alignment with a celebration of the heart by honoring the body as a sacred vessel. The highest intention of Anusara is to align with life's flow of Grace by awakening & connecting to the Divine within. Rather than impose rigid "one size fits all" notions of a pose from the outside, Anusara Yoga encourages each individual to express their innate goodness from the inside out. Biomechanical refinements support the artistic expression of our own beauty and power by aligning the body and mind with the One. Yoga experience required.

Pranayama
(not presently offered)
Prana means "breath, energy, vital life force".  Ayama means "extension". 
An essential element of a well-rounded Yoga regimen, Pranayama is the practice of consciously changing and redirecting our breathing patterns.  Through Pranayama we calm the mind, release toxins and prepare for higher states of Consciousness.  Together we will discuss anatomy and benefits of conscious breathing and experience four phases & the 8 Pranayama practices.

Yoga for Seniors (not presently offered)
An excellent way to address the changes and needs of maturing adults, this class enhances flexibility, strengthens muscles, increases bone density and offers a new outlook on the aging process. To receive the most benefits we encourage you to attend regularly, have fun with yourself and enjoy the experience!

Mysore Style
A quiet space & open time where class is not “led” as a whole, but students practice on their own within the group setting.  The teacher may offer sequences, adjustments, variations and verbal instruction.
