Pranassage is a creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces profound mental and physical relaxation. Like a marionette, Jen will move your body through a flowing sequence of yoga postures designed to
put you back in touch with your body.
The “magic” of Pranassage comes from the manipulation of prana, the body’s intelligent life force. Prana is the energy behind your heartbeat, the pulses of your nervous system, and the flow of your breath. Through touch, pressure, and traditional yoga postures, Pranassage offers a unique opportunity to inquire into this energy, to resynchronize the mind and body, and to fully experience the present moment.
While the only goal of your Pranassage session is pure relaxation, you may experience other deeply healing effects including increased concentration and energy, realignment of the muscles and bones, and an increase in the flow of blood and nutrients to forgotten parts of your body.
Pranassage is appropriate for people with no previous yoga experience as well as seasoned yoga practitioners because each session is tailored to your individual needs. Your only role in your Pranassage session is to let go and enjoy the experience of being in your own body.

What to wear
