Get Grounded with Rachel Wallmuller

So often we walk around with our heads in the clouds and our feet barely touching the earth. This can leave us feeling unconnected, unsupported, anxious and stressed out. Grounding helps us to be present, calm, level headed and centered so we can handle whatever comes our way.

In this vinyasa flow practice, we’ll develop our asanas starting from the ground up focusing on a steady and strong foundation and bringing balance to the lower chakras. We’ll talk about why it’s important to stay grounded and tips to help bring us back to center. We’ll literally get back to Mother Earth to feel solid and steady in our foundations and ready to take on the world!

This class is open to those with some yoga experience.
