In this 2.5 hr workshop, learn postures, tips and techniques designed to relieve low back, hip and knee pain.

We will decipher what you may be doing to aggravate this pain, ie: running, biking, tennis, etc. and learn how to prevent future injury or pain.

This workshop consists of lecture, Yoga poses with detailed demonstrations, the use of Acupressure point stimulation while completing Yoga poses, and deep relaxation.
