The focus of this workshop is how to “fit” fitness into your daily routines and keep
your bones, muscles, joints and brain functioning optimally well into your “Golden Years.”
We will be doing Yoga poses, simple strengthening exercises, Brain Yoga as well as looking at posture and how activities like biking, golf and tennis can aggravate joint or back pain and tech- niques to prevent this.
We’ll also learn a few simple stress relieving techniques to keep that Blood Pressure down!
