200 hr. HOLISTIC YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Pure Prana’s 200-hour Holistic Yoga Teacher Training is designed to provide a solid foundation and powerful learning and teaching experience to empower you with a rich yoga education and certification. Our experiential format and expert teachers will facilitate your process in successfully completing your 200-hour certification with the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance.

Pre-Requisites
• Deep interest and curiosity
• 2+ years Yoga Experience

Course Description
This course will provide you with the fundamentals of the Yoga Tradition, Yogic Lifestyle and the vast world Yoga has + is becoming. You will gain skills and gather the proper tools to create enriching Yoga experiences. Your awareness will rise and a refined version of yourself will emerge.

Our 200 hour certification is an in-depth study of:
• Authentic Yoga Tradition
• Yoga History + Philosophy
• Vedas, Upanishads, Yoga Sutras
• Bhagavad Gita + Branches of Yoga
• Hatha Yoga Pradipika
• 8 Unique Styles of Yoga Practice
• Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology
• Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga
• Energetics
• Kriyas, Yogic Diet + Ayurveda
• Cultivating your Yoga Expression


Requirements
Application + Interview
• Attend all TT Sessions
• 3 - 5 group classes each week
• Daily Personal Practice
• Reading + Writing Assignments
• Seva Project
• Attend 3 Workshops
• Assist/Co-teach 3 classes
• Final Project
