Sadhana, Ethics and Energetics Anatomy of Yoga Immersion
with Natasha Hennessy
Friday, 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturday, 2:00 - 8:00 pm
Sadhana is personal practice and is considered an integral part of being a living Yogi. The ethical guidelines of Yoga are made explicit in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and the energetics of Yoga are referred to since the earliest roots of Yoga and are elaborated throughout time. The combination of these 3 aspects makes this a powerful weekend, empowering self and activating your awakening.
Being One's personal or spiritual practice, from the beginning of Yoga's roots this meant reciting mantra to cultivate a connection to God. Overtime, it's evolved from sitting in devotional chanting to other attentions on breathing, meditation, proper excercise and nutrition, and living by clear ethical guidelines, all set out in the Yoga Sutras by the great sage Patanjali.
Throughout Yoga's history, these and other natural, harmonious practices have lent to deep Self inquiry, understanding the Self in relationship to divine and others, that a brilliant web of life exists and that we should participate freely and fully, in happiness and peace.
All that Yoga is, is coming together.
A joining of forces that support the flow of life.
Come learn it all.
In this intensive training, we will illuminate and practice:
the yoga sutras of patanjali
koshas (multi-dimensional layers of the Self)

nadis (networks of rivers of energy)
