In this workshop learn to fit the pose to your body through modifications and adaptations. Transform your practice so that it meets you where you are right now in your life. Consequently, your practice will evolve with you and support you through the years.
Jane will take you through a series of poses that will stretch your body and mind, strengthen your muscles and your resolve, increase your balance and finally help you relax and find greater peace of mind.
